This report was developed during a consultative review of Post -Conflict Needs Assessments (PCNAs) carried out by UN Development Group Office (UNDGO) and the World Bank’s OPCFS, and it looks specifically at the subject of Conflict Analysis and Peace building as it relates to PCNAs (additional technical experts covered the areas of Cross-cutting issues, Security Sector issues and State -building).
