This report was developed during a consultative review of Post-Conflict Needs Assessments (PCNAs) carried out by UN Development Group Office (UNDGO) and the World Bank’s OPCFS. It looks specifically at the subject of Security as it relates to PCNAs (additional technical experts covered the areas of Cross-cutting issues, Conflict Sensitivity and Peacebuilding, and State-building).
